OVERVIEW
Alisha Ismail, an accomplished individual, holds a prestigious Ph.D. in marketing and operations from the esteemed University of Liverpool in the United Kingdom. Currently, she serves as a distinguished senior lecturer in the International Business Management department at Universiti Utara Malaysia. Alisha's academic journey began with her dedication to acquiring knowledge in her field, as she obtained a Bachelor's and MSc. Degrees in International Business Management from the same university back in 2005 and 2008 respectively. In developing her excellent career path in research and teaching field, she has authored and co-authored several papers and book in the area of logistics and supply chain management. Presently, Alisha remains actively engaged in cutting-edge research within the realms of Maritime Logistics, Port and Maritime Studies, and Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
