PROF.DR. YUSNIDAH IBRAHIM is a Professor of Finance in the Department of Finance, School of Economics, Finance and Banking (SEFB), College of Business (COB), University Utara Malaysia (UUM). She obtained his BA in Actuarial Science and MSc Actuarial Science from University of Iowa, US, and PhD from De Montfort University, UK. Her research and publications are in the area of capital structure, dividend policy, Islamic bonds (Sukuk), small business finance and higher education finance. She has also undertaken consultation work on Private Financial Initiative (PFI) models, small business financial planning and higher education funding. In terms of professional involvement, she possesses the Registered Financial Planner (RFP) designation and Certificate in Risk Management (CFM). She also serves as the editorial board member of the International Journal of Banking and Finance (IJBF) and International Journal of Management Studies (IJMS). Currently she is the Dean of the School of Economics, Finance and Banking (SEFB), at UUM.
