OVERVIEW
Rohani is an Associate Professor at the School of Economics, Finance and Banking, College of Business, Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM). She holds a Ph.D in Corporate Finance from University of Manchester, UK, M.A in Financial and Business Economics from University of Essex, UK and Bachelor of Business Administration from Universiti Utara Malaysia. She works as an academic staff with UUM for 26 years and has taught various finance courses at the undergraduate and post graduate level. Her research interest is related with corporate finance issues especially those related with corporate bankruptcy, capital structure and corporate governance and she has published and presented research papers both locally and overseas. Besides that, she has held several administrative posts such as Deputy Dean (Academic) and Deputy Dean (Research and Development) for the School of Finance and Banking, UUM, postgraduate coordinator for the School of Economics, Finance and Banking and Head of Finance Department, School of Economics, Finance and Banking, UUM.
