OVERVIEW
Zunarni Kosim is currently a Senior Lecturer (Banking & Finance) at the Department of Banking and Risk Management, School of Economics, Finance and Banking, Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM). Prior to her appointment at UUM, her last position was a senior executive in Alor Setar Retail Business Centre of CIMB Bank. She started her banking career as a credit officer in 1993 under consumer loan, for almost 8 years at BBMB. In 2001 she joined Retail Business Centre, Alor Setar under CIMB Bank as Retail Business loan executive. She was handling retail business loan for 8 years. Zunarni Kosim graduated with PhD in Finance and Banking from Universiti Utara Malaysia in 2017. Zunarni broad area of interest is consumer and business loan, sales in retail banking, and other related issues of studies in banking.
