OVERVIEW
Dr. Raja Rizal Iskandar bin Raja Hisham is currently a Senior Lecturer at Othman Yeop Abdullah Graduate School of Business (OYAGSB), Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM). He successfully completed his doctorate of philosophy study from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) in 2017. His PhD thesis title is "Kepimpinan dan Tadbir Urus Pengendali Takaful di Malaysia". His thesis awarded as "Anugerah Tesis Cemerlang" by UKM. He obtained Master of Business Administration (MBA), specializing in Islamic Banking and Finance from UKM in 2011 while his first degree is Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance (Hons.) from UiTM in 2007. Presently, Dr. Raja Rizal Iskandar is appointed as a Research Fellow of Institute of Shariah Governance & Islamic Finance (ISGaIF) and as an Associate Research Fellow of Institute of Sustainable Growth & Urban Development (ISGUD). Professionally, Dr. Raja Rizal Iskandar is a qualified Islamic Financial Planning (IFP) trainer and Certified Qualification of Islamic Finance (Wealth Management) by Financial Planning of Association Malaysia (FPAM) since 2020. In addition, he is also a Certified Innermetrix Consultant (CIC) specializing in psychometric assessments. He actively involved in consultancy works such as providing academic workshops i.e. data analysis, research etc. as well as being a resource person for statistical data analysis for postgraduate students. He was appointed as the Panel of Evaluators for Undergraduate Research for Management & Science University (MSU) consecutively in 2017 and 2018.
