Holds a First Class Bachelor Degree (Hons.) and a PhD in Public Management specialising in Human Resource Management and Development. Actively presenting and publishing papers in conference proceedings and journals locally and internationally. Passionately competing in innovation competitions resulted in winning gold medals in International University Carnival on E-Learning, a silver medal in EUREKA Innovation Exhibition and gold medals in National Innovation & Invention Competition through Exhibition. Completed research project under GSGSG Postgraduate Development Incentive Scheme Research Grant, and Principal Investigator (PI) for completed research grants under Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL) Grant and College Grant, while as a member of University Grant. Current research interest in Human Sciences and Subjective Financial Well-being and leading university grant on local government development studies and public fund grant on community development. Passionate in providing academic and career-related training for holistic self-development.
